Our differences, our strength.
Who we are
Accepted by our clients as trusted advisors, we listen and make the effort to understand their needs and work in partnership to achieve the best possible outcomes. We strive to bring a holistic and personalised approach to the delivery of legal services. These matters differentiate us from other firms and are best summed up in our logo tagline – “Our differences, our strength”.
What we do
We define ourselves by what we do as much as what we do not do. We have a legal practice concentrating on the delivery of legal services in areas where we have built up collective knowledge and expertise over more than 40 years. Our clients are local, national and international.
Our core practice areas are:
Real estate and property
Business and commercial
Employment
Corporate and compliance
Manufacturing and distribution
Rural
Trusts
Joint ventures and partnerships
Franchising and licencing
Trademarks
Estate and business planning, Wills and succession
Dispute resolution in these practice areas
Notarial services
We do not undertake legal services in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, crime or family law. We refer our clients to other firms with specialist expertise in these areas.

Pro bono and community
We are a legal practice that has a long history of providing pro bono legal services to charitable, philanthropic and not-for-profit enterprises. Amongst other things, this has been to address the needs of disadvantaged youth to assist them through education, sport and vocation as well as supporting emerging artists across all artistic mediums.
